He made our check-in and check-out process smooth and even arranged a taxi for our short tour in Hyderabad at a reasonable rate. Loved this transit hotel: excellent food and highly courteous staff. The room was reasonably large and it had a shower and bath sheets, that's cool. The location was prime and quiet there, in short walk Including 200 Shop.

The location of Rainbow Tower Shamshabad Airport Zone is really convenient - just a 15-minute drive from the Hyderabad Airport. The restaurant on the ground floor is a great place to have breakfast and dinner. I also learned some local insights during my stay. The service - despite some negative reviews - seemed helpful and friendly.

The room was luxurious, equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and coffee/tea making facilities. The location was particularly great, only a 10-minute walk to the center. The service was nice overall.

The hotel is nestled in a lavish style building. The brand-new rooms are wonderful, and the staff is polite. The location is easy and prime, in the middle of Shamshabad. I like staying here when I am in the area.

The atmosphere and location of this hotel were excellent. We absolutely loved the superior king room, it made us feel right at home. Additionally, the free parking provided was very convenient.

Great entrance and location close to the airport made it convenient for our romantic getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the newness of the hotel and appreciated the modern design of our room. We also enjoyed the courteous staff who were always friendly and willing to help.

Our experience was marred by the lack of basic amenities. The room was much smaller than expected, and the bed was uncomfortable for two people.

We were impressed with the complimentary newspaper and welcome drink upon arrival. the hotel's location was convenient, only a short taxi ride away from the airport and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. the complimentary shuttle service to the city center was a nice perk.

The hotel's overall service and amenities were lackluster. We found that the rooms were poorly cleaned and maintained, with visible stains on the bed linens and unclean surfaces.
